Who better to advocate your services than your customers or clients themselves. Video is the ideal way to capture authentic and trustworthy testimonials.

This workshop will examine the power of storytelling through video and how you can use it to benefit your charity or organisation. By working through the planning process, we will structure, create and edit a piece of video ready to be published that same day via our smart phones and tablets. This session is hands-on and requires you to bring a smart phone or tablet, which has a camera function and the space to record some video.

By the end of this session you will know:
  • What Digital Storytelling, Pre, Production and Post Stages are and why they are important
  • Tips and tricks on how to get the best out of your interviewee
  • Basic video skills and how to use a camera to optimum effect
  • How to record and edit video with your smart devices
  • How to share and promote your videos
