Our Donor Health Check, is a performance based strategic benchmarking project. It looks at the health of your donor file and benchmarks against UK charity sector for KPIs such as retention, regular giving, all by lifecycle stage. It will help you to identify areas of strength and weakness in your fundraising.
Taking all of the data, you will then be able to predict income and offer solutions to increase your future income.

Stephen Butler started as a fundraiser in 1995 as UK Partner with Domain, an international direct response fundraising agency.
During this time, he worked with many of the UK’s leading charities including National Trust, Marie Curie, YMCA, WaterAid, Oxfam, Stroke Association and many others.
Lindsay Sievewright is a Director of Petra Digital and specialises in Legacy Marketing as well as being a Blackbaud certified implementer on their digital products. She runs the Legacy scored self-select programme and the digital audit which benchmarks charity best practice in online fundraising.
