PRICES for the IoF North West Conference up to 28 July 2017 (includes early bird discount of £60 for all-inclusive prices and £30 discount for day delegate rates)

All-inclusive Two Day Conference including overnight accommodation (single room)
£220 – IoF Individual Member Rate (full price £280)
£300 – IoF Non-Member Rate (* Special Membership Offer) (full price £360)

All-inclusive Two Day Conference including overnight accommodation (shared room)
£180 – IoF Individual Member Rate (full price £240)
£260 – IoF Non-Member Rate (* Special Membership Offer) (full price £320)

Day Delegate Rate – Wednesday & Thursday
£70 – IoF Individual Member Rate (full price £100)
£100 – IoF Non-Member Rate (full price £130)

Please note Organisational Membership does not qualify for Member Rate

Overnight Accommodation on Tuesday, 26th September
£130 – for both Members & Non-Members and includes evening meal, wine, accommodation & breakfast

*All-inclusive Non Member Rates – if you have not been a Member of the Institute of Fundraising previously this rate includes discounted first year associate membership and conference attendance at member rate. Details will be sent after payment of delegate fee, if not received please let us know.  Early bird discount can still be taken.

Hotel Rooms
Rooms are all at the Crowne Plaza in Chester.

Bookings
Your booking is not guaranteed until payment is received.  Payment must be received by 1 September otherwise your place will be cancelled.  If you are applying for the Early Bird Discount please note that payment must be received by 28 July 2017.

Conference Joining Instructions
Joining instructions will be sent out approximately two weeks prior to the event.

Session Availability
All sessions are structured on a strictly first come first served basis.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received before Monday, 31 July 2017 will receive a refund of 50% of the total fee.  Refunds received between 1 August and 31 August will receive 50% of the full fee.  No refunds will be made for cancellations after 1 September 2017.

Note: all cancellations must be received by us in writing, for Eventbrite bookings this must be via Eventbrite.

  1. Just had to phone up to clarify what qualifies as ‘a member’ when it comes to the pricings/rates. We are an organisational member but apparantely this doesn’t count in this case – the discounted rate is for individual members only. Perhaps clarify that a bit more in the pricing schedule?
